Planning and Purchasing Experience:

Our process begins with direct and local sales support that is familiar with your industry and applications and will help explain how our products work and which ones will perform best based on your specific needs. They will connect you to our engineering experts who will match our technology to your critical applications team and turnaround a quick quote. We’re known for our ability to customize to your specs, and your dedicated support team can give you total customized solutions including:

  • Plan your entire system criteria, from load profiles to floor plans to battery analysis

Project Execution:

Once you’ve selected the equipment you plan to purchase, you will be assigned a Project Administrator who will serve as one convenient point of contact and manage all internal activities for your project. We typically provide your new equipment in a standard lead time of under 12 weeks with expedited capabilities available if needed. We test every product before it ships to you, which includes 100% burn-in testing, Factory Acceptance Testing and customizable test plans (ITP); clients are invited to participate in our testing process.

Asset Ownership:

When your equipment passes our tests, it is shipped to your facility. We offer start-up services that include acceptance testing of your equipment and batteries; ensuring that your system provides continuous reliability. Once your system is set-up and running, don’t forget to protect your asset with our life-long support and preventive maintenance. These programs include Comprehensive Service Agreement (CSA) options, predictive and preventive maintenance, spare part replacement, dedicated technical support available 24/7 and training classes.
