If you're a first time user, you will need to register for an account to view the products, pricing and complete your transaction. When making your selection, please make sure you have selected the correct course based on whether you have a
Digital ProcessPower® (DPP) UPS or
Ferroresonant (Ferro) UPS. Please complete the product selection fields that include your name, email (please fill out for each attendee if purchasing more than one), the date selection and the serial number of your units. We ask for the serial numbers of your assets, so we can ensure you attend the proper course and we can utilize drawings of your systems in the classroom discussions.
Once you've added the training class or classes you'd like to purchase to your cart, you can check out using Visa, Mastercard or a PO. If you select PO, you can either upload the PO directly or a member of our training team will reach out directly to you to collect the PO. You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase is complete and a member of our training team will follow up with any additional information you may need before your class.
